VoloMetrix, an enterprise analytics application that helps businesses streamline their communications and performance, has raised $1.6 million in Series A funding led by Shasta Ventures. VoloMetrix essentially analyzes various business applications to help managers understand what's going on in a business. Specifically, VoloMetrix ties in with collaborations systems, email, IM and CRMs to pull in data from employees and give managers actionable insights into what works and what doesn't.
